Things you should know:
Every time you make a purchase with Oxipay from 18 to 22 October 2018, you have a chance to Be in to win 1 of 5 $400 Spa or Salon vouchers*.
* Prize Draw Terms and Conditions:
1. Competition runs 18 to 22 October 2018 inclusive (“Prize Draw Period”). There are 5 prizes in total to give away during the Prize Draw Period.
2. Each Prize Draw winner will each receive a $400 voucher to be redeemed at a Spa or Salon merchant that accepts Oxipay, of the winners choice.
3. An entry into the Prize Draw is automatic every time you make a purchase with Oxipay at participating Oxipay retailers during the Prize Draw Period. To be eligible for a prize, a prize winner’s Oxipay account must not be in default at the time the Prize Draw takes place. The Prizes are not negotiable, non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash.
4. The Prize Draw winners will be drawn at random from all eligible entries on 26 November 2018 (“Prize Draw Date”) at 111 Carlton Gore Rd, Newmarket, Auckland.
5. The winners will be notified by email/phone/mail by 27 November 2018.
6. Prizes will be distributed by 7 December 2018 to the respective Oxipay customer postal address.
7. Any otherwise eligible transactions made using Oxipay during the Prize Draw Period that have been cancelled, refunded, returned or suspended before the Prize Draw date will be taken as an ineligible entry into the Prize Draw.
8. The entity responsible for this promotion is FlexiGroup (New Zealand) Limited (company number 841057) with its registered office at 111 Carlton Gore Road, Newmarket, Auckland (“Promoter”), who reserve the right to use a winner’s name and photograph for promotional purposes.
9. If a winner cannot be contacted by 4 December, the Promoter reserves the right to re-draw a Prize.
10. The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate the Prize Draw and these terms and conditions at any time without notice.
11. The Promoter is not liable for any failure (for whatever reason) to record an entry into the Prize Draw.
12. Any decisions made by the Promoter in relation to the Prize Draw are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
13. Entry into the Prize Draw is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
14. Employees of FlexiGroup (New Zealand) Limited are not eligible to enter the Prize Draw.

When you purchase with Oxipay up to a maximum of $1,500, we pay the store and you in 4 installments. The first installment is due when you make a purchase, with 3 remaining installments due every fortnight.
