You can return any non clearance item purchased on Shella within 14 days of delivery.

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via courier (signature required) and RD delivery if applicable. Postage to P O Boxes are via NZ Post by track & trace can take longer.
We ship FREIGHT FREE within New Zealand only.
Return shipping due to incorrect size or change of mind is at the customer's cost and must be returned within 2 weeks of receipt.
Goods will only be accepted:
Some goods purchased on sale or discounted may not be returned for a swap, refund, or credit. Please check the description of the individual items for sale. These are generally items under $60.00
If it does not state no returns, then the item can be returned :)
If you would like to swap a size we will send 1 replacement freight free. If that size is also returned then a $7 charge to cover the freight in sending the alternative size, will be deducted from any refund. This is as fair as we can be :)
Faulty goods
We will happily refund or exchange goods that are faulty. This does not include normal wear & tear or rough treatment. We will meet the obligations of the Consumers Guarantees Act
